Passionate about changing the world of work, Meg has gone from mechanical engineering to engineering a grassroots movement to support companies to move to diverse, inclusive, productive, learning and innovative workspaces. A national and international speaker, Meg has worked across the infrastructure, mining and education sectors whilst being committed to supporting the engineering talent pipeline.
Suzie followed her passions from communications through to I&D, each drawing on her love of engagement, story-telling, and facilitating change. Working in infrastructure, consulting and mining, Suzie has led programs where culture, ethnicity, and language differences create challenging and rewarding environments.
